Subscription Policy

When you purchase an Alaska Wild Treats subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the frequency shown at checkout—monthly or every two months. Your subscription continues until you cancel.

Any introductory discount applies only as stated in the offer. Subsequent orders are charged at the recurring price shown when you subscribe, plus applicable shipping and taxes.

You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel your subscription through the Manage Subscription link on our website or in your subscription emails. There is no minimum subscription term or cancellation fee.

To prevent your next recurring charge, make changes before that charge is processed. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged. Please contact us promptly for help with an existing order. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
